We had a good training session today with 11 lads, great to see most of the squad returning after the summer break; Benjamin, Owen, Olly, Charlie & Jack, Will, James Paton, Sol, and Woody.

Plus fantastic to see a couple of new additions; David and Jamie, who were made very welcome by the squad.

We had a couple away on holiday, Scott & Sam, who will hopefully return next week.

Nice to see the passing and evasion skills are still there, and we've started working on our touch rugby in preparation for our first tournament fixtures this year! (Full details to follow).
